Union Public Service Commission CSE 2023 Eligibility Criteria
A candidate’s eligibility criteria for the Union Public Service Commission CSE 2023 exam will be set based on the guidelines outlined by the Commission. Candidates are required to be citizens of India, Nepal, and Bhutan. The following criteria are also applicable to applicants from Myanmar, Pakistan, Malawi, Uganda, Tanzania, Vietnam and Zaire, Kenya, Zambia, Sri Lanka, and Ethiopia.
Educational Qualification
In order to be eligible for the position, candidates must have graduated from a university that has been approved by the UGC or recognized by the government. Even candidates who are currently in their final year of graduation are eligible as well. Such applicants must only be declared qualified by their respective universities before they are considered for the recruitment process.
Age Criteria

According to the selection process, the forms must be filled out based on the selection criteria. There is currently a phase one (preliminary) application being processed. Application Fee
In order to apply for UPSC CSE 2023, candidates must pay Rs. 100/- with the exception of SC/ST-females and persons with benchmark disabilities. Candidates can submit their respective fees both online and offline. The candidates who choose to pay their fees online can use either the internet banking facility of any bank or any credit/debit card/UPI payment method that is accepted by the bank.
Candidates who wish to make a cash payment can do so by going to any branch of the State Bank of India if they are interested in doing so.
UPSC Civil Services Exam 2023 Selection Process
An examination cycle of the UPSC Civil Service Exam 2023 is part of the process. Candidates who pass the UPSC Preliminary Examination 2023 can then move on to the main examination, which is much more intensive than the preliminary examination. A final phase of the selection process takes place after phase 2, during which candidates are interviewed by the most prestigious and deemed officers in the country for the purpose of assessing them.
During this last phase, a candidate will be able to determine whether or not they are capable of becoming an officer. Once the final verification will be completed, the candidates who have been lucky enough to pass through all the difficult stages and find their names displaying on the merit list will be given the call letters.
