Navodaya Class 6 Admission 2023: It has been decided by the authority that the deadline for submitting JNVST Class 6 applications has been extended to 8th February 2023 The application deadline was previously 31st January 2023 In the case that an application form is still not completed, it can still be submitted before the notified date. JNVST Class 6 Admission Eligibility Criteria

There are several criteria that candidates must meet before they apply for the Navodaya Vidyalaya Selection Test. Read the prospectus provided at the end of this article to find out if your application is eligible.   • There should be a requirement that the candidates applying for Navodaya Class 6 Admission should be residents of the district where they are standing for election.
  • During the academic session of 2022-2023, they will be studying in class 5th.
  • By the end of the school year, they must have completed class 5 from the same government school or government-recognized school.
  • If the applicant is between the ages of 9-11, (born after the 30th April 2013 and before the 1st May 2011, this should not apply)
  • There is no condition under which it is permissible for candidates to appear for the NVST more than twice.

It is important to check whether a Navodaya Vidhyalaya exists in the district where you live in order to determine if you want to be a part of the Navodaya School. There are approximately 649 Navodaya Vidhyalayas in the country, spread across 27 states and 8 UTs. Additionally, there are a small number of Jawahar Navodaya Vidhyalaya which are not classified here as they are specially reserved for the underprivileged children of the Scheduled Castes and Tribals. The children of these special JNVs form a large percentage of the students of the JNVs.

You will need to note that a class of JNV can only have a maximum of 80 students seated in it.

Documents Required in JNVST Class 6 Application

Application Fee of JNVST Class 6 Application

This application does not require any fee since Jawahar Navodaya Vidhyalaya is a mission of upliftment of the children in rural areas who lack the necessary resources. The application form for Class 6 is not required to be filled out. The applicant does not need to pay any amount to apply.

What all to Carry on the JNVST Exam Day?

There is a need for students to make sure that they have their admit card and their Aadhaar card as their identity proofs with them on the exam date of the Navodaya Vidyalaya Selection Test. It is mandatory for applicants to validate their NVST admit cards before entering the exam halls; students must also carry a blue or black ballpoint pen. To avoid confusion, students should arrive at the exam center before 11am.

The test will last for approximately 2 hours, which means that a student will not be allowed to leave the room while the test is underway. This means that the test will take place from 11:00 am to 13:30 pm.
