- A following appointment will be made once successive levels of the building have been completed. The government reserves the right to adjust the total number and individual payments made under the installment plan on a periodic basis based on the completion of successive levels of the building.
- The beneficiary shall be shown a geotagged photo of his or her kutcha house along with a geotagged photo of their proposed building site before a work order may be issued, as well as a geotagged photo of the beneficiary with the kutcha house.
- In order to take and upload all the images required for the inspection of the houses, the government of India has created the AwaasApp or any other mobile application developed by the state government should be used.
